• Event setup starts at 7:30 a.m. All exhibitors must be on-site by 9:30 a.m.
• For pedestrian safety, all exhibitors must remain on-site until the event ends at 2:00 p.m.
• Minimum one person per vehicle must be present during the event

What's in it for me?

This is an opportunity to promote your business while participating in a fun community event. All hosts of trucks are welcome to set up a tent, display, or children’s activity, as well as hand out coupons, flyers, or other promotional materials/swag! You do not need to sign up as a vendor.

• Gain awareness of your unique vehicle/business!
• Your logo will be featured on our event pages with a link to your company’s website!
• Your logo will be included on other promotional materials for the event including posters, flyers, social media promotions (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), newsletters, media releases, and more!

How Do I Sign Up?

2. Make a $350 donation per truck below, any additional truck is $325 each. You will receive a receipt from our donation platform.

To become a vendor, make a donation below of …

• Minimum $50 if you are a non-profit vendor
• Minimum $100 if you are a business vendor

Businesses that expect to bring in a great deal of revenue are encouraged to gift a larger donation to Habitat for Humanity. Every dollar donated goes towards our Affordable Housing Program. You will receive a receipt from our donation platform.

• Make a $500+ donation to become a Bronze Sponsor
