Four-time Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) award winner and Sault native Shane Chisholm will be returning home to rock the stage and help raise funds for Habitat for Humanity Sault Ste. Marie & Area (HFHSSMA).
This one-time event will take place at the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre on Saturday, April 11th, 2020 with doors opening at 6:00 p.m. and special guest, Bearded Lounge, opening at 7:00 p.m.
“[I’m] proud to be a part of this wonderful show/fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity in my hometown of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Please come out for a fun evening while supporting this charity,” encouraged Chisholm.
Chisholm, born in Sault Ste. Marie, now works out of country music capital Nashville, Tennessee. In addition to his 4 CCMA awards, Chisholm was voted Alberta’s very first Male Artist of the Year from the Alberta Country Music Association and has received several nominations for CCMA Roots Artist of the year.
As a show bonus, Shane often crafts a fully functional musical instrument from recycled material to be used during his concerts. One of these creations will be donated to HFHSSMA to be auctioned off to a lucky fan at the concert. Chisholm also holds a solid reputation as an interactive entertainer, so this is sure to be an evening filled with fun for the whole family.

All proceeds from the event will support Habitat for Humanity Sault Ste. Marie and Area and their mission of helping local families to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable housing.
