- You have a stable income but need assistance to qualify for a conventional mortgage, AND
- You are willing to partner with Habitat for Humanity
Minimum income requirements vary by unit. The minimum gross household income (annual household income before taxes) required for units is as follows:
2 Bedroom
- Min. household income: $40,850
- Max. household income: $86,500
- Min. credit score: 600
- Gross Debt Service Ratio: No more than 32% of gross household income
- Total Debt Service Ratio: No more than 42% of gross household income
3 Bedroom
- Min. household income: $46,750
- Max. household income: $86,500
- Min. credit score: 600
- Gross Debt Service Ratio: No more than 32% of gross household income
- Total Debt Service Ratio: No more than 42% of gross household income
5 Bedroom
- Min. household income: $55,500
- Max. household income: $86,500
- Min. credit score: 600
- Gross Debt Service Ratio: No more than 32% of gross household income
- Total Debt Service Ratio: No more than 42% of gross household income
